Return Policy

At Ezee Aim Golf, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item must be in its original condition and packaging, free from excessive wear or damage.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Process:

  1. Email us at orders@ezeeaimgolf.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or incorrect).

Exchanges & Defects:

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or customized orders. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
